Amy is a joint Founding Partner of The Wellbeing Collective and takes a lead on client relationship management, innovation and business development.
Having worked 22 years in the NHS Amy’s direct work now focuses on Collaborative System Redesign and People Development. Amy has been a Nurse, Manager and Director within Learning Disability, Mental Health, Social Care, Forensic, Commissioning, Children and Young People’s Services, and has also worked as a Consultant for the NHS Institute with McKinsey & Company. Amy is a coach, NLP practitioner, mediator and facilitator whose work is underpinned by strengths-based people development approaches. She works with individuals, teams and systems across the UK.
Amanda has worked as a Psychologist for over 20 years in challenging and demanding environments. She brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience in working with teams and individuals to improve performance and overall well-being. Amanda works collaboratively with clients with an ability to distil clarity from complex situations and to find creative solutions. Amanda is a workplace mediator who has mentored and coached people to navigate around areas of conflict within their team, to enable them to perform more efficiently. Amanda has a range of qualifications including BSc (Hons) Psychology, Clin.Psy.D and PG Dip. Cognitive Therapy – Oxford.
Tim is a Mental Health Nurse with 30 years’ experience of working in health care and NHS settings. In recent years, he has worked across quality and service development, governance and senior nurse roles. He is a skilled facilitator, integrative counsellor, coach and trainer, good at taking a strategic, yet ‘practical reality’ focus to areas of clinical practice. He is passionate about and interested in stakeholder engagement, organisational development, culture change and innovative service planning. Tim provides essential infrastructure support around marketing, governance and assurance within The Wellbeing Collective.
As well as being a Registered Nurse, he holds a business degree, an MSc (Health Sciences for Professional Practice) and is a registered member of the BACP.
